Blaze Pizza - Atlanta

Started to order online which allowed me two toppings on the pizza and pop deal. But then I realized that I needed to speak to someone about LIGHTLY baking the pizza (can not stand burnt pizza, the look of it or taste) which I stressed profusely! So I order over the phone and am told I can only have one topping. Ok, whatever. Get pizza and open box and edges are burnt and bottom of some pieces are as well. I tell the worker that I asked for lightly baked to which he reponds that it was. I ask him Um, how are there burnt pieces/edges and you lightly baked (which means to take it out before it is completed cooked)? He offers no rebake and goes about his business. Okay, strike one! Then the meal comes with a 20 oz pop. I ask for the fountain cup and he hands me a 16oz. cup. I said the website says it comes with. 20 oz. This man tries to tell me that the cup IS a 20 oz. to which I said clearly it is NOT so give me the bottle and of course all of the pop couldn 't fit into the cup because it WASN 'T a 20 oz. cup idiot! Strike 2! Now, the taste.....not good. The pizza had too much sauce for a thin crust pizza; was oozing all over the place. The pizza had no distintive taste, just sauce which wasn 't that good (the so called spicy sauce) and I see why you can add sea salt as a topping because it needed it! The pizza of course had a burnt taste to it and left a not so good taste.I won 't be back and I do not reccomend.

This place is awful, I walked in and workers were standing around talking to each other. It took about five minutes for them to ask me what I want to eat. Ask for the manager and one of the people that were standing around was the assistant manager a black man, ask for the store managers name gave me a card called him emailed him never called me back. The worst experience.

A lot of playing and rapping going on in here. Not much attention to customer service and please learn what drizzle means and how to evenly cut a pizza. My pizza was swimming in balsamic. Looks like soup.

Ordered 2 pizzas through UberEATS. Went in to pick it up to save waiting time from delivery 1 was ready when I got there I waited almost 30 mins for second pizza. Then manager tried to give me first pizza that was cold from the wait. He reheated it for 5+ more minutes. Out of frustration AND time, I took the pizzas and left... When we opened the boxes, discovered order was WRONG. He gave me someone else's food it after we tried to eat it out of hunger, discovered one had spicy sausage, artichokes and other ingredients that couldn't be tolerated. Ended up trashing the food and finding something else for dinner.

Love Blaze Pizza and I really love the service I received. The young vibrant lady lete uknow they were out of vegan cheese and that's fine I don't do cheese on pizza that much. She had GLasses was Asian or white make sure you⁴check this gem out. Sswirl will be back #sswirlworld #sswirl
