American Deli - Atlanta

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The voicemail is extremely unprofessional ?Hellllo? Nope, this is a voicemail?.?. I finally got an employee and they said I had the wrong restaurant regarding the 30 WINGS left off my order; not to mention fries were cold. I went back to the DoorDash app and it was indeed this EXACT RESTAURANT. I drove to another American Deli (Powers Ferry Rd) to place a second order. Yes, I had to drive after placing a delivery. I try not to leave negative reviews as I fully believe in Karma however this was ridiculous, and I want to save others from frustration. Please spend your money elsewhere. I spent over $120 for this order.

Upping arriving at 3:55pm on Monday the location was closed with a receipt paper sign. Very disappointing.

The restaurant didn't include any meat in my Philly cheesesteak, and when my husband went back to address the issue, they were closed—at 3:38 PM! I'm really frustrated and will be disputing this charge with my bank as soon as possible!

I just left this restaurant and when I opened the box, I found that they only gave me 5 wings instead of the 10 I paid for. I'm incredibly angry, and now they aren't answering the phone. I would not recommend this place—GW Wings is much better. Their wings are already more expensive, and they have the audacity to mess up orders. Unbelievable!

I was craving American deli food all day, so I was excited to get there. I placed my order, but when I went to the table to grab some napkins and ketchup, I spotted a cockroach. It was so disgusting that I almost felt sick. I really wish I could give them a zero rating.
