My lease favorite Starbucks. They usually make my drink wrong. My coffee just isn't up to par at this Starbucks. I could make my coffee at home better. The one near the mall is awesome!

Cashier’s text messaging is more important than ringing up customers. Little frustrating having her tell us to hold on while she’s sending and receiving text messages on her personal phone in front of us laughing and giggling. Heh where’s the good customer service these days?

I frequently visit various Starbucks locations in Vinings, Braselton, Covington, and Savannah. I want to emphasize that this particular Starbucks has provided me with the most enjoyable experience by far. The efficiency of taking orders, the minimal wait time, and the personalized service were all impressive. The staff clearly enjoy their work, and it shows. Thank you for a great visit!
