Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Athens

For fast food, it was very slow. My order was also made incorrectly they were very nice and fixed it, but then it took even longer.Food: 5/5

When we are in Athens we always go to Popeyes..our favorite chicken..today we looked forward to it..We waited at the counter for a good 15 minutes..the only ones at the counter..finally a lady came up..visibly with an attitude..she gave a total..I put in my card..and I said that's for 2 meals..she said no 1..she called the order back to me which was wrong..I corrected her..then she slung the chicken back and said I need a refund card..not do you want to select something else..I got the refund and thanked her for nothing..rudeness gets you no where! We went next door to Chicken Express..GREAT SERVICE with a smile and good food!.. Popeyes you need to teach your people CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KINDNESS...WE won't be back at that location!

Pulled in at 1015 (45 mins before close) and sat behind someone in the drive thru who was ordering just to be told they had just sold the last of what they had... What food place stops cooking food so early on a Friday night and just tells people to leave.Service: 1/5

Store and the people working there were great. I should have gone with regular chicken not strips. Syrups were just average.Food: 4/5
