Starbucks - Atascocita

Very rude. Refused to serve me their supposed to close at 8pm instead they closed at 7:40pm looks like they just lost money. I wish I could give zero stars.

Always a fun and friendly environment for adults and children. Favorite drink forever, the Cinnamon Frappucino.

Bought a venti black cold brew with two stevias and one shot of sugar free vanilla I asked the guy with curly hair for my half and half on the side since they have none in the lobby and he said no he said per manager they won’t give customers buying coffee creamer I said I don’t want it in my coffee I want it on the side . I hope the manger and this store gets it together as I shop and buy this coffee all the time . This is sad

I attempted to purchase a pup cup for my children at this restaurant but was told by employees Linn and Sarah that they do not offer them because they are not Starbucks. When I requested to purchase a cup of whipped cream instead, I was told that was not possible. I then offered to have the whipped cream put on the side in a small cup that I would pay for, but was once again denied. I was disappointed by the lack of customer service at this Target location.

I have had consistently bad experiences at this restaurant. The service is terrible and they frequently run out of items. I have decided to no longer patronize this establishment.
