We had a nice lunch during Easter. I had the lumpfish roe and tartelets with chicken and asparagus. The rest of the party chose the lamb. My two dishes were nice but not more than that. I was told the lamb was nice and tender as well. The service was really good

This is a most excellent restaurant. The food is of a very high standard, the staff and proprietor are very friendly. The menu is small and varied, the wine list is more than adequate. When coming to Helnæs it is a must, but only open on Friday Saturday and Sunday in the off season but more during summer.

Honest and affordable food. Even the wine was not too expensive Restaurants are hard to find on Helnaes but the ones that are there are okay.

Traditional Danish dishes, but also few very good entrees ...decorated and tasting superb. What you dot expect you get ... try the Salmon or the sirloin... good service and fair pricing
