Przekaż informację zwrotnąWarning: We chose to meet at Costa in Sutton in Ashfield. We mistakenly parked in what we thought was their car park, but it turned out to be owned by Parking Eye. We only stayed for just over an hour and a half, and ended up paying a lot for coffee. We recommend going to the designer outlet down the road where parking is free. We won't be returning to this Costa.
Useless waiting 35 mins for a drive thru order is disgusting. It is supposed to be a quick service. Get some more staff on at busy times!
This was my first experience at Costa and it was a disappointment. The prices were high, the service was poor, and the food was lacking. I went with my child, partner, and her dad and ordered a bacon cob, a Christmas panini, and a babycino. I requested sauce on my cob but it was not given to me, despite the high price of £3.50 for the cob. The portion of bacon was minimal, with only a couple of slices. We were told our food would be brought to our table, but we ended up waiting a long time. When my partner finally went up to ask, we were told they had forgotten and would bring it over. After waiting even longer, we found out they had forgotten again because they were busy, although they had only served a few customers. It took three trips to the counter before we finally received the drink we had ordered. By that time, we had finished our drinks and food. It's surprising that places like this can stay in business with such poor service.
I absolutely loved my experience at this restaurant today. As a caregiver, it can be difficult to take residents out to different places, but today I took one of them to Costa and the staff were fantastic and very understanding. Thank you so much.
Awesome service, very friendly always a service with a smile. Nothings to much trouble i would recommend them
