Papa John's Pizza - Asheville

I tried the BBQ chicken quesadilla and really enjoyed it with the Bleu cheese dip. I would definitely recommend the Italian quesadilla as well. It is probably my top choice for the pizza tacos.

I recently purchased the smallest and least appetizing pizza from Papa John's. It will also be my last.

The pizza is delicious, made with fresh ingredients and served piping hot.

Placed an order online. Order went out to the last address where we had ordered from, husband had put in our home address however it did t same the address so they tried to delivered the pizza to the other address. When the driver called to ask about the address my husband told him about the mistake that he had made and the driver said in a very rude tone thanks for letting me know. My husband was on hold with customer service at time to fix the mistake. I then called the store where the order went to and explain to the person who answered the phone that the order was placed to them by mistake, and that the driver was very rude. He said nothing. I then asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager then I said again how rude the driver was to he said he sorry that happened and said have a good night and hung up. I don’t know how old either one of these individual are but they need a lesson in customer service. Very disappointed in the staff.

I guess they didn't bother having anyone answer the phones tonight, I guess I'll just take my business elsewhere.
