Moose Cafe - Asheville

Great house kitchen. True Southern Fare cooked traditionally. Best cooked cabbage I had since childhood. Recently, they have chicken gizzards that are excellent. The chicken livers are one of my favorites are only slightly fried.

We visited the weekend and needed a good breakfast place. Moose Cafe didn't disappoint. The food came out quickly and made order. Very delicious and filling. As you can see, the portions are good and we have a glass of their apple butter on the way out. Next time we go to lunch or dinner.

Found this place on Google Maps and the place had a very good rating, so I thought I would go. I'm glad. Their biscuits are delicious and served with an apple variety Marmelade. With the Chicken Fried Steak with Kohl and Cole Slav. Everything was perfect. The staff was quick, friendly and helpful. You also have a great gift shop if you are looking for clothing! Come back here.

Stop and get all you can eat, which is pretty good and fill! Could have been a little hotter in the food temperature, but over everything it was good. The staff (Amanda) was on us and made sure that our drinks were filled and asked if we need refills. Big visit, would return at our next visit

Oh my gosh! What a gem! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is fantastic. I'm even wearing the cute shirt I picked up while I was there.
