Little Pigs Bbq - Asheville

We both got the BBQ tray with pulled pork, Cole slaw, and hush puppies for $7.25. The pork is served plain and they have two different sauces at the table, one was more vinegar based and the other was sweeter. The pork was good but not great, the hush puppies were good as well, but the Cole slaw was finely chopped but was dry as it isn't made with mayo. Servers were friendly and food came out quickly.

Several locals recommended this. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. We had the hot dogs with chili, coleslaw and onions. The French Fries were good. The dogs were okay. Maybe they put on too much slaw. Or not enough chili. Regardless, they were not very tasty. And these were allegedly Nathan's Hot Dogs! The sweet tea was actually sweet and just the way we like it. We were told by locals they preferred the bbq to the hot dogs. The service was fine and swift and the fries were hot. We like to try different eateries when we travel and may stop by again because sometimes even the best places have non best days

Food was horrible. No seasoning what so ever. I got a pulled pork sandwich, baked bean, and fries. Fries came with no seasoning, pulled pork came dry no seasoning and the sauce is horrible. Baked bean served straight from the can. Ive tasted good bbq and this is not it. How do you NOT season fries and only give 2 ketchupFood: 1/5

The chicken wings that I had were cold and tough like they had been cooked all day. But every thing else were just fine. The rest of the food was good, though. I'd go again.Food: 1/5

Great BBQ. Old places have the BEST FOOD. This one did not disappoint.!Food: 5/5
