Only to give two stars because I had a good experience here before. my man and I came to celebrate our first jubilee at the silvester 2022 and had an absolutely terrible experience. we had a reservation of 8 o'clock and did not sit until 8:25. we received no attention or water for another 25 minutes after. When they finally brought us broth, they didn't bring any bread plates. we ordered a bottle of wine and were brought a dirty glass, so we sat there for another 10 minutes with an unopened bottle of wine. we finally got our appetizers and entrees, but they were sold out of many of the most exciting dishes. I have a 6 ounce filet mignon and at least 2 ounces of it was completely fat. I've never seen anything like this in my life. this experience has completely ruined this restaurant for me and mine man. we will never go back.
Silvester. not expected perfection, started without parking. had to park in the rain itself. usual waiting time to sit. it was good to use. my meal came with a four ounce filet, which should be charged to a 6 ounces. what I got was a piece of meat that looked like a customs cube. I said something to the server, but never back to me. my man tried the Waygu beef and said it was not so different that the regular bark and not the additional cost worth. I'll eat there again.
We were here numerous paintings, but this time was not the same. kellnerin did not imagine that water after 20 minutes came no brot was offered apps came before drinks no review of how everything was throughout the meal. even after talking to the manager. no dessert menu was offered, we had to ask one of the participants once with dessert menus 15 minutes later, we had to ask a manager for the check down, said our child, “guest, we have dessert at home” finally another server brought our sheck no excuses from everyone how bad the service was. short personal or simply not? have we not spent enough for a satisfactory service? Happy New Year
This was the first time any of us had dined at Eddie Merlot’s. Overall, it was very disappointing. We had to wait 25 minutes to be seated (we had reservations). Our waiter came by to tell us what food wasn’t available that night and then walked away without taking our drink orders. Took a long time for him to come back. At that point we ordered food and drinks. My salad was full of rusted lettuce (and he brought the wrong dressing). All of us agreed that our meals were “just ok”. We actually left hungry! For the price, I would expect great service and delicious food. Eddie Merlots did not deliver. We won’t go back.
