Frankies Pizza - Ascot Vale

Ok, I was introduced to this pizza shop in the last 8 months or so. I have sat and eaten in but mainly 'take away' pizza orders. If you like a nice vegetarian pizza they have 2 on offer. The 'normal' vegie or my favourite 'Johnny Be Good' and this little baby I usually order in large but mainly family sized. The vegetables are fresh and tasty. As a measure, we had a party where we ordered 3 family sized of these and same amount of the regular Capriciosa etc and every person thatvtried the vegetable version wanted more of. Staff are very friendly, you'd think the owner is a staff member, leads by example and produces great pizza in a quick time frame. Highly recommended

Ordered 20 pizzas for a party. Arrived on time and hot and ready to be devoured. Great friendly over th exhibe service.

Wir wollten eigentlich eine jumbo pizza ...die gabs leider nicht. ...dafür gab's dan 2 große für den preis von einer jumbo meger cool dazu zwei unterschiedliche und echt lecker ...;) gerne nochmal nette Bedingung. ..

Just to give you an idea, I recently met someone overseas who grew up in the same area as me in Melbourne, we spent about half an hour talking about how amazing Frankies Pizza is. It's a must have if you like pizza. SO GOOD!!

Frankies has been in Ascot Vale for yonks. Infact I remember as a kid, we used to get pizzas here for family parties way back in the 80's. Frankies still looked the same back then as it does now. Always great quality pizzas. Always on time. Always with a smile. Good onya Frankies. You've done Ascot Vale proud. There are so many yuppie joints these days on union road. Full of hipsters and people pretending to be experts at making pizzas. Forget those places. Just rock up at Epsom Road and go and try the Frankies specials. This is pizza made by real Italians. This is pizza that is traditional and authentic. Why pay $50 dollars for a sliver of entre style pita thick pizza when you can get a great REAL pizza here for a fraction of the price? Go where the locals go. Rock up at Frankies and eat what Italians eat. This my friends is where its all at. I know cos I'm a local and I've had pizzas here since Jackson was doin the moonwalk so I should know. Keep up the great work Frankies and never drop your standards! Always cooked pizzas. Always on time. Always with a smile. I rest my case. That's what "true italian" pizza is.
