Two-gown ice cream with dark chocolate that the order refers to be cocoa and produced without milk, processing that I prefer because it makes the quality of cocoa more evident. already during the preparation the product appears very creamy. good, quite intense the flavor of cocoa and persistent, but on the palate is confirmed the excessive creaminess, which I do not expect for a product without milk. drip hazelnut, with milk base, similarly too creamy and with a little convincing goto.
During our tour of ascoli we crossed this ice cream shop by chance and we stopped in the middle of the morning for a greedy snack. My wife has taken a great cappuccino accompanied by a delicious muffin, me and the children have instead gotten into delicious ice cream that, for the most delicious, it is possible to take in the cone covered with chocolate and sugars (present also in other variants) with so much chocolate melted on the bottom. A delicious ice cream. it will not be economical but we have been tempted by the special cone strictly handmade by them.
