I saw her ad in Pennysaver and couldn't wait to try the food for me. You see? Just ask the Kardashians! Hole in the wall exactly describes this place. There are only 3 seats available. But sometimes good things come out of holes! Order was a breeze as the daughter of this Mom Pop facility helped me decide what to get. I asked her what sandwich she recommends falafel, chicken alwerma or bovine alwerma? She asked if I was a first timer if I had her falafel. I told her no, and she kindly offered me a falafel. I enjoyed it and after her recommendation I went with the falafel sandwich. Most places would try to annoy me, but here she recommended the $2 cheaper falafel sandwich I appreciated. My falafel sandwich falafel, hummus spreads, salad, pimples, tomatoes, onion, tahini sauce rolled in Pita bread. Muy sabroso! This great Medi Sandwich was delicious! The falafels were crispy outside, moist inside. The pickles added texture brightness. When I ordered, I asked if there was a La Zankou Chicken with garlic sauce. I was told that garlic was in the spread, but their super strong garlic sauce was given on the side. I was warned to use only a little what I immediately ignored because I like strong flavors. It was great! Almost as powerful as Wasabi, the garlic sauce seemed like Sudafed and opened my sins. I put everything on my sandwich, along with a little Falafel Shacks optional hot sauce. I almost gydanted my hips after finishing my Falafel sandwich. I enjoyed it very much. Quick, fresh! Service was great as the daughter was very helpful. Parking is on a private plot. Falafel Shack is located next to a 7 11. If you flash while driving, you can miss this little jewel in Artesia. Looks like I found another local foodie spot. The dishes are very affordable. I can't expect to come back and try another article from the menu. Maybe her cattle scale or the tabbouleh, as I am a tabbouleh-lovin son of a gun;p highly recommended! NOM, NOM, NOM, NOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMM
Cosy, family property, made to order. This place is amazing when you are looking for a delicious falafel. I was greeted by the mom who offered me a sample while waiting for my order that is cooked by the mother herself. Anyway, I'll go back!
Best Mediterranean sandwiches in the area. Fast food-like service with healthier food.
This is by far the best falafel I've ever had. Everything is done to order so expect to wait a little for your food. I have served the Kack Special with cattle and chickens and some falafel with a salad and Pita bread. The dining area is exceptionally small with only three tables, each two sitting. You are Halal
Amazing place, quality food, at a super low price, $4.99 for a falafel sandwich, you can't beat that anywhere in LA -ANYWHERE!!!
