They took my order promptly but left on the prepared area for at least 10 minutes until I finally interrupted their conversations with each other and ask what the problem was with my burger. This is the second time this has happened. They need to stop all the clowning around and pay attention to serving their customers
On Saturday morning, Feb. 24, the doors were locked. There was no inside dining allowed Drive thru ONLY. Which was backed up. Took 22 minutes to finally get my food. I thought these restaurants were finally past the covid scare of indoor dining!
Horrible service!!! We stood at the counter for 20 minutes waiting on someone to take our order... Only to be told theyre out of biscuits! What a joke!!
Best experience you could ask for from a fast food restaurant.
It's usually a hit or a miss but tonight I wanted to brag, whoever was working tonight (december 16th was very friendly and fast and our food was great! Thanks Hardee's and to the guy who served us! You're awesome!
