The manager Dylan always makes sure our service is fast and food is fresh!

My husband and I went to Burger King at around 2 April 12th 2024. The woman at the drive thru was very disrespectful from the moment we started to order. We pulled a little further from the window on accident and my husband went to reach his arm out to meet the lady with our card and she got very disrespectful for no reason we were very polite ordering even while she was being rude. The costumer service is very rude up there. I finally asked for a manager to serve us instead of the woman. Once I got home our order was completely wrong. I ordered their bacon and Swiss royal chicken sandwich I got a regular chicken sandwich. We both ordered two sweet teas and got unsweetened tea. The service here sucks

I would give no stars If I could. pls pls pls do yourself a favor an don't go it was cold and half the sandwich made me so so sick pls dont

Spent $34.65 on three meals. All three cold. Two whoppers smashed down. Chicken sandwich old and yuck and cold. Fries dripping with grease. All three of us got sick.

Ordered 2 whoppers, received 2 whopper Jr's. Cold as ice and hard, dry buns. Pretty sure the employees wouldn't eat this themselves, so why would they think it's ok to serve to others??
