Waffle House - Arnold

Great food! great service with delicious breakfast! moderately price not expensive as their competitors. many thanks to ladies n men for a great breakfast n great time. very pleasant atmosphere.

I used to work at Waffle House, and I want to applaud our server (Sam) for being so friendly, and good with my kids last night. The cook who was wearing a rockstar grill operator hat (the highest level you can be as a cook) was also wearing a very large pair of headphones, which made him not be able to hear the server call the order right. My husband ordered over medium eggs, and got scrambled eggs, which is no big deal. Our server asked the cook to re-make the eggs, and the cook looked at us, and shook his head. I asked our server if there was a manager we could point that out to, and turns out the cook was the assistant manager. I would be livid if my cook did that to one of my tables. No complaints from the service here, but management needs to be more professional.

It was a bit dirty and hard seeing the servers literally do everything. Service was amazing props to the servers for running the place. AND MANAGER WAS A COMPLEAT DUD

I wasn't impressed with this place. Their floor in the cooking area was filthy, looked like it hadn't been swept or moped in a few days. Their sink where they was washing dishes, had a bunch of food in it. By their waffle maker there was a bunch of dried up waffle pieces. As a licensed food handler I'd have this place closed down.
