They told me they gave me a sugar free coffee, but his friggin loaded with sugar and I can't drink it

Experienced a bad service even at early hours at 5am yesterdayI drive all the way to pick a coffee and catch the train the lady was arrogant and does not listen to what we are telling them at the speaker or at the window too. I am was ready to pay extra dollars and get a perfect coffee.Instead of telling them to stir the coffee they never do that and give the coffee just like that .very bad service i am having it from a week decided not to go back there at all.She does not deserve to have a job which she can't serve the customer what they like.

2019 3* Common mistake that when we ask for Sweet French Vanilla we get regular French Vanilla. Happens at other locations too for some reason.

The best Dunkin’ experience I’ve had in years! I’m a frequent customer of several different Dunkin’s however my first experience here I was so delighted with the service! I was greeted with smiling staff who had great attitudes unlike most of my other experiences with DD workers. Coffee was great as always!

I like this Dunkin’ Donuts. I live across the street from a different one but drive the extra 5 mins to this one. Everything has been good, they verify the order, and they’re friendly.
