Mon Viet Cafe Togo - Arlington

I absolutely adored this restaurant. It was my first time dining here, but certainly not my last. I ordered the number 20, Pho Filet Mignon, along with charbroiled pork spring rolls in fish sauce. The staff was incredibly friendly and readily provided me with extra limes and jalapeños for my Pho. The Pho was served in a boiling broth, allowing me to add the meat and noodles myself which was a unique experience for me. The flavors were amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I also appreciated the water pitcher with orange slices, which provided a refreshing and subtly citrus taste. Every aspect of my meal was fantastic and I highly recommend giving this place a try.

The Fillet Mignon Pho was delicious, served in a unique style with all the components presented separately.

This restaurant is a bit hidden, but we never even realized it was there despite being in the area frequently! The food is incredibly fresh and delicious. The pho is served in a hot pot, with a plate of noodles and meat that you add to the pot yourself. I ordered a fish seafood soup that was fantastic and not too spicy. The soup contained white fish, shrimp, and squid, with an option for pork that I chose to omit. While there could have been more seafood in the dish, it was still tasty. We visited on a Sunday afternoon at noon and were seated right away as it wasn't too busy. If you're with a group, they have great dishes that serve 4-6 people, but there are also plenty of options for individuals. Overall, a great spot for Vietnamese cuisine with friends.

I wasn't very impressed with my main dish, the Lemon Grass chicken in Clay Pot. The flavor was decent, but not amazing, and the way the chicken was cut was strange, making it hard to identify which part of the chicken it was. There were also too many small bone pieces that I had to spit out. However, the spring rolls I had were delicious, and the other three people at my table enjoyed their meals. My friend, a former chef, loved the beef stew, and another dining companion enjoyed their meat plate, especially the filet portion. Although there was too much red meat for my liking, I would like to give this restaurant another chance because of the pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. I would definitely consider returning in the future.

Stopped in on a whim while passing by. SUCH A GOOD decision by me. The food was LEGIT the best Vietnamese I 've ever had. And their customer service was above and beyond. I ordered to-go and while waiting a waiter brought me a pitcher of fruit-infused water/glass! Pretty awesome! I don 't ever do 'foodi ' pics, but because this fish was so perfectly fried with unbelievably tasty sauce, I just had to.
