I drove past the Grand Prairie and Pioneer locations because GP was closed and Pioneer was "short-staffed," only to end up with what I can only describe as garbage in Arlington. When I voiced my concerns, I was directed to an online complaint form. Having worked in the industry years ago, I understand the effort that goes into preparing quality meals, so this experience was incredibly disappointing and disheartening. I sincerely hope the company will refund me in full.
I was able to spend lunch on my department's budget. Simple process and food was good. The pages must be bigger.
I got a dozen cornbread and I didn't say more cornbread. Now they serve roles. BaD choice they are hard and no taste. Please go back to the Kornbrot so that your employees are harassing. Food: 2/5
If possible, I would give zero stars. They have gone to this site for years with positive reviews, but since the first of the year this site has gone downhill. I understand COVID and lack of employees and supply chain caused problems early, but the last two times I left, they were closed during the normal hours and tonight at 18:30 had no chicken. I'll give them another try before they fall out completely!
Dryer than the Sahara, broccoli was at least few days old, pork sandwich was no flavor. There's what appears to be black mold forming near the air conditioning vents in the dining room. And the restrooms loom like no one has cleaned it or maintained it for a long time. Go somewhere else is all I can say.
