Boru Ramen - Arlington

Order one of their SPICY bowls. It looked beautiful. Once I tried it the broth was sweet. Bamboo shoots were sweet, the egg was extremely salty also sweet. The egg is usually my favorite part and I love salty food but that was too much. Went with another person and their bowl was a lot better but I'd say still average. The waiter was wonderful. The place was extremely clean and was a nice experience except for the bowl of ramen.

Always enjoy eating here before comedy shows nextdoor attentive and fast service, and the restaurant is impeccably clean. I highly recommend the Boruballs. I haven?t tried any ramen I haven?t liked yet and look forward to returning!

I love Boru! Their spicy miso is delicious but my absolute favorite is the tantanmen. So tingly and flavourful. Their noodles are always nice and chewy and hold up to the broth. They have a good selection of extra toppings. Service here is great and you can grab your favorite import lager to go with your ramen. If you're not in the mood for soup they also offer rice plates. I highly recommend this neighborhood spot on the Pike!

The broth here is fantastic—just the right balance, not too salty and not too sweet, in my opinion. I've visited a few times, and most of the dishes have consistently impressed me. My only complaint is that there could be more slices of meat. Overall, I highly recommend this ramen place!

I went for dinner and it wasn't very busy. The interior is nice. The ramen was decent, but I wouldn’t say it’s my favorite. However, the service was really lovely. As someone who doesn't enjoy sweet flavors, I found the bamboo shoots to be a bit too sweet for my taste.
