All About Burger Clarendon - Arlington

Her burger is very similar to fiveguys, but her soße is very tasty. the reason why I give 1 star, for in my burger there was a small bone, which fragments my fangs when I took one bit. who knows what they're in their flesh when they have this bone

Tried All About Burger yesterday by Uber eat .The burger was pretty good, and they had a surprisingly large selection of burger toppings, most of which were free but I selected frid onion and they didn’t add it!! They also had a really large selection of milkshakes. I had a vanilla cheesecake milkshake that was delicious. I also got an order of onion rings. The order of onion rings was a lot larger than I was expecting.

Surprisingly the cheese burger and philly cheesesteak are delicious. The burger patty always taste fresh. Fries is average. Stay away from the crispy chicken sandwich because I ordered it twice and both times were undercooked from the inside. Cashiers of this branch could also improve their interaction with customers.

WILL NOT ORDER HERE AGAIN.Last week we ordered and they let a delivery driver show as visible drunk pick up our order. We never got it because she went on a drunk ride in her car with our food.This week we order and the order is missing an item. It’s missing a milkshake. It says on my emailed receipt if you have an order issue call all about burger. I call and the person on the phone was absolutely useless. Had to repeat myself about 5 times. Then she puts me on hold and says “sorry we’re not responsible for your order once it leaves with doordash. You need to call them.” I reply with what am I supposed to say to them? I don’t even have anything from the order that says doordash on it. No doordash order number. No name of the driver. Nothing. She won’t supply me that information either. We went back and forth. So I asked for a manager. “No manager on staff tonight”. Would not help me. At. All. Also no supervisor on staff at all times to deal with these issues?!?! WILL NOT. WILL NOT. ORDER. AGAIN.

Great service at this location, with very friendly staff and nice atmosphere for sitting down for a quick bite, if you're wanting to get something a step above McDonald's or the like.The shake selection looks amazing, but I ended up with a philly cheese steak. This big baddy did not disappoint. The level of customization available is great, and you definitely get a fair amount for the money. Pictured is just half of mine.Delicious? You bet. I feel like this place is probably overlooked. Definitely worth a try. There are chicken and Beyond meat options as well. I'd definitely come back here again.
