As we were leaving, I noticed their mission statement about glorifying God and positively impacting customers and the community. I even shared our situation with the supervisor on duty, but I was told that the $8 charge is a standard policy for everyone. We had a great time at the arcade, but there were some issues with the customer service. It would be helpful for them to announce when they are closing, as we lost track of time while playing games. By the time we realized it was after nine, they had already shut down the ticket redemption system, which made it a hassle for us to cash in our tickets. Since we were from out of state, we couldn't come back the next day as they suggested. We spent over $150 that day, and they didn’t even bother to inflate the large ball that the kids had redeemed with their tickets. The arcade games were fantastic, but the customer service definitely needs improvement.

Parking is ample, with a spacious lot that could easily accommodate semi-trucks, ensuring there's plenty of room for everyone. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with food options for all ages, a Fun Zone with arcade games, and booster seats for the little ones. For those with mobility concerns, there’s a nice wide ramp with handrails, and the double doors at the entrance allow easy access for larger mobility aids. Overall, a fantastic place to dine!

Great all you can eat place that offers some of the most amazing fried chicken ever! Everything was fresh and the salad bar was amazing. The servers kept the tables clear of the dirty dishes which is always a plus when you have a large party and kids that love to eat! I also loved that they had coffee on hand as well!!!
