Ninja Sushi Steak House - Arkansas City

I eat at ninja sushi often and have had no problems until tonight! I ordered my food online at 7:20, it is currently 8:20 and I still have not received my food when they said it would be ready in 20 minutes! I got here and they told me it’s not done and would still be 10 minutes. We go back to get our food again and they said “we just had a massive influx for sushi orders.” Yet the person in front of me got their food and the guy telling us this is going to hand sushi out in the restaurant, we hear him say “did I give it to someone else?” This is ridiculous.
