Although it was a bit pricey for the quality of food, the atmosphere was great and the taste was solid. The customer service was also outstanding.
I would not recommend this restaurant. The prices are very high, especially considering the small portions of meat and mediocre taste. Additionally, an automatic 18% gratuity is added for parties of 5 or more, regardless of the service quality. The waiters are friendly, but it seems they all share tables so there is no dedicated service. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not worth the cost. I suggest looking elsewhere for Korean BBQ.
I absolutely adore this restaurant! The food was delicious, the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive (especially because we ordered the Korean BBQ), and very helpful. The BBQ was entertaining and we can't wait to try the next hot pot. It's a bit crowded though, as many people left soon after we arrived. I definitely recommend this place and will definitely be back soon!
I have some quick sushi withdrawal. the quality was fresh and good. I ordered 2 roll and got the wrong roll for one of them. I also ordered the affenhirn appetizer (sleep fried avocado filled with spicy thunfish, crabs and cream cheese (although I did not see, provided it was mixed with the cream cheese)
The food was great!Pros-Bulgogi was tender and flavorful-Jepchae wasn’t oily and flavorful-the dragon roll was so yummy and not packed with a lot rice. A good portion.-my boyfriend loved the kimchi gigae-the dumplings/pot stickers was amazing and crunchyIN BETWEEN-jajameung was on point but noodles were slightly hard.-shrimp tempura was good and fully cooked but it almost tasted a little too slimy. I think it’s more of my own personal preference for it to be cooked a little more but to each their own.-dolsolt bimbimpap did not have a taste to it. Seemed like regular rice with veggies and meat. However, I loved that it had a lot of variety of veggies.-side dishes were good but a little dry. The kimchi didn’t have a bitter taste and was crunchy but was really dry.Cons-the automatic 18% tip may be a little upsetting on a day they’re missing orders or getting a bad server. However, on the day I went they served us rather fast and timely.-seafood pancake was soggy and did not have as much seafood as anticipated. There was a lot of bell peppers.-we got a non refillable aluminum can of coke for $3.TIPS FOR NEW CUSTOMERS:-only order the large portion stuff like jajangmuen and bimbimpop when you have a party of 3+. It was such a struggle to finish all the food.-surcharge as of today will be $10 for leftover food.
