I couldn't get the one server to recognize me so I could get my order after standing at the bar for almost 10 minutes (to go area was closed.) no manager before location to help the one dame that was waitress, bussing and hostessing the whole restaurant. I felt bad to disturb her. Surprisingly, my order was wrong when I came home.
My husband and I stopped on a Wednesday afternoon. It was very obvious that they were short-handed (only by viewing), but the service was exceptional! Eugene and Lucas were so friendly, fast and had positive attitudes through everything! I was honestly so surprised with the waiting for a table, food, etc. it did?t FEEL as if they were really affected! kuddos to them!
Write that in the hope that a manager will see. Not trying to be a car, but we ordered an order yesterday evening and when my husband got it home (which was well 20min away) it was totally wrong. To the point that our children had nothing to eat. And we had paid like $64, then I still cooked for them. Now I know he could check the boxes before he left, but I was never somewhere where the whole order is wrong. The frustrating part is that I was ready to go back and get the right order, but I literally couldn't get anyone on the phone. No one. I heard the dang recording at least 8 times, then it says there's no one to take your call. Goodbye. Many times it only repeated today from curiosity and the same. Just a terrible way to run a business.
Just 1 hour for lunch. People are waiting for the opening. Open at 11:00....asst manager comes to the door and says everyone order online or caries out. No sign and he was arrogant. The waitress was unkind. There's a reason why they're under servants.
I have worked in the restaurant industry for almost 10 years and more so I worked at a Buffalo wild wings for 2 years so I am very understanding of being short staffed and what not. But our service today was awful. The restaurant was half full when we got there. We saw our server a total of 3 times. Between me and my wife we ordered two 6 wing traditional entrees and some street tacos. Her wings came out after 30 minutes. Then 30-45 minutes later my street tacos and 6 wings came out. I know from working in a Buffalo wild wings that there is no reason why it should take that long and why only half of our food came out. I'm not even upset so much at how long it took, im more upset that none of the staff cared. We had to hunt down the server to explain the issue. And EVEN the manager showed zero sympathy and just slapped down the check and walked off. I honestly just wanted an apology for the inconvenience and I wouldve been understanding but it seemed like absolutely no one including the manager cared about the issue at hand. One of the biggest things they teach you in the industry is attentiveness and sympathy, and there was none of that here.
