Przekaż informację zwrotnąMassis Kabob is very delicious. We had falafel and chicken breast kabobs. Amazing food. This is the second time we had made our way to this establishment and it?s well worth it. The food portions are large. The flavors are very good. This particular Massis Kabob is located in a mall so be prepared to encounter a very busy eating place. We tend to find ourselves scouting a table location where one holds the table while the other heads their way to order. I found the customer service very friendly. The pricing seems on par with what you get. I do recommend Massis Kabob.
I had a really bad experience with Claudia V. at the Santa Anita Mall. Bad attitude and lack of respect for my wife. If the food is as bad as the employees, we will be with massive kabob, unnecessary to say about our friends and relatives.
I ordered online and paid full. Just like the time before the food was missing. I called and her extremely rude manager refused to accept any responsibility that knows well that they were still part of my order in their possession. She wouldn't even give me her name. She said I had to drive and choose myself, although I had paid for the service!!!
I'm only giving 2 stars because the food is actually good but this meal cost me 20 dollars. It's way overpriced and only 4 pieces on fish is ridiculous. I never eat the burnt tomato I dont know why they even put that. 2oz hummus is $1 dollar. They are very expensive and not much food. Also the salad is ok but again it will be nice to be able to substitute it for a small amount on hummus instead since I don't eat tomato salad and it's just a waste. Actually the chicken kebab is not that good now that I remember it taste like plastic. The beef is choppy so I always get the fish since it's the only good option.
It is a very nice place but I only went to buy food from Massis Kabob, I really like that food, their employees are very friendly. Now because of the pandemic the place is desolate, it is better to avoid contagion.
