Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Appleton

Horrible dine-in experience. The restaurant was not well stocked, when ordering food, was told a lot things were out. The kitchen staff seemed devoted to their work, but there is a white lady with pink hair that has a really bad, “I don’t care” attitude about everything. Would not recommend anyone to come waste their time or money here, go elsewhere for better customer service and somewhere that is well stocked!

Firstly, their spicy fried tenders are the best I've ever had, but they are VERY frequently out of stock. I only wish that they could put in a larger order for their most popular products. I've been there around 20 times, and 7 times they were out of the spicy tenders by 8:20 p.m. on a weeknight. If anyone at popeyes reads this, I beg you to please have more tenders in stock because you're losing a lot of business.

Service was extremely fast! Not to mention everyone behind the counter were very friendly. Our food was fresh, hot and delicious! My chicken breast was moist and cooked to perfection. Dining area and bathrooms were very clean too. We've decided from now on this is the only place we'll be getting our chicken/meals from.

As an african male who works hard for his dollar it’s very dissatisfying to know that every time I try to give this franchise a chance they continually let me down. This Popeyes consistently delivers in forgetting at least one item on my order every single experience. This leads me to believe that some of their employees mostly female) have some integrity issues . They are loosing a loyal customer in me

I would like for someone to help me understand why every single time I have went here, not only has the service been ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. But EVERY worker including supervisors are quick to start talking and acting slick towards customers. GET THIS PLACE IN CHECK OR JUST CLOSE DOWN!
