Rascals Grill - Apple Valley

Ordered the Valley Melt with added bacon. The burger came out raw and no bacon. They took it back and when it came back it was still very rare. Very very disappointed. The waitress removed the bacon $2.00) from my bill and explained it was a new cook. Hey not my issue. Maybe comp my meal but nope. Again. Very disappointed probably won’t be back ever. Top notch customer service every time. Ice cold beer. Food is pretty good, almost all made in house. Fish fry was delicious, chicken tenders were fantastic (2 chicken breasts each cut in half). Always a great visit! Delicious food and amazing service! Tonight we were able to have their newly featured Thursday night special, smoked ribs and they were fantastic! Always a fantastic time!
