Mcdonald's - Apple Valley

A personal touch to the management team. They unintentionally forgot something that I didn't even realize, but they made up for it by treating us to chocolate shakes!

I'm not sure if an actual person is making the burgers here. I have been to this restaurant about 24 times over the years, and every time they have managed to get my order wrong. It's become expected at this point, just without the social media complaints.

I went to the Apple Valley location this morning and they never get my order right. It's a terrible location! I'm tired of paying for my order only to find out they threw the wrong items in the bag. It's always a surprise when I get home and open the bag.

Beautifully rebuilt, but evil when it comes to cleanliness. in the last few weeks they were here twice to let the children play in the playground. both visit I was surprised how dirty each surface was. also müll sit around everywhere. this is regrettable because it is a beautiful space and fun for the children.

My husband just returned from this location not more than 3 miles away from our home. I sent him to get me a caramel frappe and two plain cheeseburgers with a small fry. I can’t believe they would send him back with this mocha nightmare. Now I don’t know if they offered this in place of or just gave my husband the wrong item. He’s not one to complain. However, this drink is not AT ALL frozen or even remotely cold. I did not drink more than a sip, a drop, a small taste of this beverage before needing to immediately spit it out. Please DO NOT serve this to anyone else. I’m horrified that this frothy warm chocolate syrup was even handed out the window. Please tell your customer you can’t do this type of drink for them instead of giving what you just gave me. It is not drinkable, and my poor husband paid for two. Dumped down the drain. I work food service too, I understand how it feels to be in the kitchen late at night, but please don’t take your frustration out on your guests. I appreciate you showing up, and I would have happily not had a caramel frappe if the machine is down, or needs cleaning, or if you just don’t feel like it. 4/8/2022 at about 10:45 -11pm ish. Sorry guys, but seriously?
