Przekaż informację zwrotnąLooks like they're very busy. the young man on the theke took my order. he had to go back and forth to drive thru to enter our order. there was of us, so there is. then took forever to get our food. the manager was nice and apologetic about our waiting. but the young man had my bank card far to long from my attention, which made me nervous. he finally brought my card back and my reception. later I had to think about how praised he had my card and decided to check my bank account. there was a second charge on my card to buy and change more dollar. I called the load. I'm not sure if it was a manager that I spoke to or not, but the woman I spoke to said that I need my account statement and the card in question and would have to put it back in the store. I said to her up and show her where it was taken out today for her business she was argued with me and said that it did not have to be the bank account statement, not what my phone showed because it only shows pending, but not the actual sale. I argued with her and told her that it shows kfc and that it is a second fee for her business that she still argued with me and told me that it had to be a bank statement that was corporate rules and that she would talk to the relevant young man, and that she could not repay my money until I had my bank card and bank statement before her. she didn't seem very upset that you hired would do such an dishonest thing. this is the second time that such things have happened to me not only in the load, but there are other places in and around the apopka opposite.
Why they always seem rude when I'm here. eat well, but the customer service always seems to have an employment. even if you are not ready to eat, they tell them to go park in one of the disabled parking places. that's good when apopka police plays on her and they don't have permission.
Chicken was excellent. Service not so much. no receipt was provided diet Pepsi was out of syrup both in the self- service and the drive thru. The solution offered was choose something different (this diabetic code water- no refund offered-, the other chose the zero calorie Sobe water). the order was incorrect (original recipe delivered when extra crispy was ordered). They fixed the chicken order satisfactorily, but not a or star experience.
No hi welcome to KFC, how can I help you? No thank you, nothing! No customer service at all! Did drive-thru, minutes waiting on a piece chicken meal after it was paid for! Awful!
I used to work at taco bell, I get it fast food sucks. But the people here are so rude. Every time. I don't often but when the lady gave me my food she flung it out the side and it hit the side of my car opening the gravy all over. Not a look, threw my card at me and closed the window. I'm not trying to have a conversation but I'm also not trying to have gravy all over my windshield.
