Jersey Mike's Subs - Apex

Great service and fantastic staff! I order lunch every week for my office and our orders are always well prepared. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great sub.

Subs are no longer well joined together. In addition, they have a clear sign at the door that all males have to wear a mask. The guy behind me had no one and they served him anyway. If you're not willing to do the right thing I'll take my business elsewhere.

Decided to turn off early. I wish I knew it would have gotten a lower part in Jersey Mike's at my work instead of coming to the close of my house and not being able to place my order. Jersey Mike's at Meeting St is much better

Great location. Managers and team do a great job to meet the needs of the customer.

I just placed an order through the app which was linked to door dash for delivery. Someone cancelled my order and I have no idea why. I keep trying to call the store and can?t get through. Now it appears they purposely have the phone off the hook so they don?t receive calls. Does the owner know they are losing revenue today? I just want my food and want to know why it was cancelled. Plus I?ve received no notification from Jersey Mike?s on whether or not I will receive a refund due to my order being cancelled. If the manager or franchise owner can reach out to me to remedy the issue I will gladly remove this review. I?m a HUGE fan of Jersey Mike?s and have been a 20 year customer.
