Le Bar Roux d'Heure - Annecy

The brunch on the weekends is more than amazing! Fresh fruits, juice, delicious toast with eggs vegges and a pancake with crumble which is without words!! We came here several times during our stay as didn’t like to have brunch anywhere else any more!

The most awful service I have ever received in my life! Arrogant and conceited staff. No attitude towards the customer, pure mockery of us. They passed along us like road signs, as if we didn't even exist. It's sad and unfortunate to want to spend your money somewhere and get treated like this. I hope the owner reads these reviews and sees what's going on while he's not around I don't believe it's the same if he's there. Shame because otherwise the food was good... I will never step here again, and I will tell all my friends not to do so... We felt so offended...

Heaving my breakfast here today, I was a witness of a very destructive and disrespectful staff behavior! A beautiful foreign couple enter. They ask for table and the waitress told them they are booked both outside and inside. The couple entered and I don’t know what happened inside, but I saw that all free tables outside had not reservations. The waitress was just picking who and where to accommodate, obviously having lied about reservations. So, in 30 minutes the couple was going out very frustrated having argue with the staff. They said they were asking twice for a table which I saw there were free inside and outside, but were unkindly refused. I don’t tolerate this kind of behavior and lack of empathy and respect, so I am not going there anymore!

Terrible stuff! If you are a foreigner, you are going to receive a haughty attitude and huge unvarnished self-confidence from the waitresses. There were so many free tables, but they put us on the only one table plot, good enough for drinks only. I asked for a chair to put my bag on, because there was not enough place for our plates and hands, but they said the chair was needed…for the free table. We have asked two times to be moved to other tables which were released next to us, but they refused us, because there were reservations at 11:00 a.m. in the morning…And the reservations never came. I asked the family which take the refused for us nearest table if they had reservation and they said no. Our frustration escalated and one kind customer tell us that in general everything is fine, except when the owner is not there. Unfortunately our first time here was when he was missing which left us absolutely disappointed.

Le bar roux d'heure est un endroit à ne pas louper sur Annecy !! Personnels souriants et toujours à l'écoutes, plats préparer maison avec des produits de qualité et prix raisonnable. la décoration est magnifique ( composer d'objets chiné).
