During my lunch with my cousin, we experienced a problem with our payment when a large online order came in. Despite the fact that our payment went through and showed up in my account, the employees insisted it wasn't on their register. They were unable to resolve the issue and expected us to figure it out on our own. Eventually, a manager spoke to me on the phone and charged me for the meal again, promising to refund me for the double charge. After providing screenshots of the transactions, the area manager argued with me in emails, claiming they had reversed the charge on their end. In the end, I had to provide bank statements to prove I had been charged twice. Overall, the experience was extremely unprofessional, and they need to provide better training for their employees. Having worked in management at Subway for three years, I would never have handled a customer situation in such a dismissive manner.

I took screenshots on my phone at 8:53PM after knocking on the door with no response. It seemed they were busy because shortly before I left, someone came out and waved at me. The posted business hours for Sunday were 9AM-9PM. It's clear they have a passion for what they do. As someone who has worked in retail my entire life, I know the importance of maintaining consistent hours. It's disappointing when a business doesn't uphold their stated operating times.

What happened to the love, Subway? You used to be much better, but it feels like the passion and excitement for your food has disappeared. While you still have some delicious sandwiches, it's disappointing that you're frequently out of our favorite bread.
We placed an order online and requested extra ingredients. One sandwich was made with double the ingredients while the other did not receive any extras. The bread was very hard and tasted stale. The staff was unfriendly, talking on the phone when we called in our order and in store when we picked it up. This will be the first and last time we order from this location.
