Jimmy John's - Ankeny

I will never dine at this restaurant again due to the unprofessional behavior of the manager and staff, as well as the poor lighting in the building. I will not be ordering in the lobby or drive-thru during normal opening times.

This restaurant is never punctual. I place my order well in advance, but it is never prepared or delivered on time. I constantly have to call them to remind them to make my order, let alone deliver it to my workplace. It's absurd. I shouldn't have to remind them to fulfill an order that was placed before they even opened. It seems like poor management and lack of concern for their customers. I am extremely disappointed.

I mentioned that it would take them 20 minutes to prepare a sandwich due to their work on a catering order. Despite this, one of the employees could have easily made a sandwich for the customer right in front of them.

Terrible customer service and with a hire to boot we ordered two sandwiches that they forgot the cheese on one of the sandwiches, and I went back with the sandwich and reception to get another sandwich at its place, the manager tyler offered to refund us the price of the cheese

What happened to this location? Lease sign on it, and closed.
