After waiting another 30 minutes I called again to cancel the order and get a refund. The woman was very rude when I asked for the customer service corporate number and she hung up on me. This is the third or fourth time this has happened at this Angier Nc location on Fish Dr. . I will never order anything from Domino's again. Not from this location or any other.
Food is excellent. Employees are rude are unapologetic and was told by support to be getting a call from that store and never received call and they lied to support about contacting me. Take your hard earned money to another chain.
On 2/23/24, I placed an order at this Domino’s store. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The delivery driver brought only one of the three drinks I had purchased. When I informed him of the missing items, he responded rudely, suggesting that I go to the store and pick them up myself. Keep in mind that this order was for lunch, intended to feed three people working from home.Rather than accepting his suggestion, I insisted that he rectify the situation. He mumbled something and reluctantly agreed to return with the missing items, after warning me it would be a long while. By the time he came back, the food was cold. To make matters worse, when he handed the drinks to my wife, he did so with unnecessary force, basically throwing them at her and had a terrible attitude.Frustrated, we contacted the store and spoke to a representative who also lives on my street. She apologized for the inconvenience and assured us that the cost of the meal would be reimbursed. However, she explained that the credit would be stored at the store level, and if we wanted to use it in the future, we’d need to call in.Fast forward to this tonight, 3-18-24 around 8 PM. After three unsuccessful attempts (each call lasting about 3 minutes), I finally spoke to a manager named Cage. Her voice was barely audible, but her rudeness was crystal clear. She claimed there was no credit on our account and refused to address the issue. Despite explaining the situation and mentioning the employee who promised the reimbursement, she dismissed me, suggesting I call corporate. She then slammed the phone down before I could finish speaking.I did call corporate (at the number she provided, 1-800-DOMINOS), but it was an exercise in futility. Their system doesn’t allow direct communication, and the automated response merely referred me back to the store.Domino’s, you need to address the ongoing issues at this location. Its terrible reputation in our area persists, and it’s disheartening to see how little has changed over the years.
On February 23rd, we placed an order at this location, only to be met with sheer incompetence and disrespect. The pizza arrived incorrect, and to add insult to injury, the drinks were missing. When we dared to point out the glaring errors to the delivery driver, he callously suggested we fetch the missing items ourselves. Eventually, he grudgingly returned with the drinks, tossing them our way without a shred of decency.In our frustration, we contacted the store to address the abysmal service we had endured. To our relief, the person we spoke to was at least courteous, offering a store credit as compensation. Fast forward to today, where our patience was further tested. After countless attempts to reach the manager, Kage (or whatever her name is), we were finally connected. But instead of rectifying the situation, she unleashed a torrent of rudeness that left us speechless. Not only did she deny the existence of any credit, but she also dismissed our grievances with callous disregard.The sheer audacity of this woman's attitude undoubtedly poisons the atmosphere of this establishment. It's no wonder they struggle to retain staff, frequently close their doors, and consistently fail to deliver even the most basic level of service.If Domino's continues to entrust their reputation to individuals of this caliber, I fear they'll soon find themselves out of business. We vow never to set foot in this store again, and we've made sure corporate is well aware of the disgraceful conduct of their so-called manager.
Great customer and food is great definitely recommend this
