Subway - Anchorage

Super inconvenient for hard workers to get lunch when they don’t accept cash bills over a $20. Bill. Very inconvenient for customers. All we had was a $50 and larger. They Preferred to toss our Sandwiches in the trash rather than take our $50. Bill. For a $27 order. And the “Convenient” Gas station they are attached to won’t give change or allow use of public restrooms unless you make a purchase over $10. Alaska Palmer Wasilla highway Seward Meridian corner Location. Sooo super convenient and customer friendly… (sarcasm). Not customer friendly.

Rude and slow service. Ordered online, came in and employee said my order will be ready soon. 20mins later, grabs the bag that was sitting on the counter behind it the whole time. Rude ah and needs to be fired and sent home with his attitude. Just called their corporate office here in Anchorage, AK, and was told by their admin, if I don't like their customer service at that store, I could go to another location lol.

Though I didnt spend much time at Subway of Alaska Inc., I still noticed some positive things about the building and staff. The office space is emaculaty clean and has safeguards in place to slow the spread of COVID-19. The staff are friendly and the way they handle their work is efficient. Overall, my visit to Subway of Alaska Inc. AKA Subway Alaska Headquarters was pleasant.
