Burger King - Anchorage

The workers were so nice and the customer service was epic and wonderful, she always makes me laugh when I come by and she smiles her customers with a smile, although it is day crazy I love burgerroy

This is a pretty good Burger King. I have not had any issues at all, food is always fresh and hot.

Dining here is a delight! Everything is freshly made, and the staff is fantastic. I definitely prefer Burger King over McDonald's any day. I've noticed how the staff handles difficult customers with such grace and professionalism.

I decided to visit the Northern Lights location because the Diamond location messed up my order terribly last week. When I called to complain about the awful mistake, I had already been waiting for over 45 minutes and ended up receiving only 1.5 meals for the money I spent. They didn’t even attempt to correct their error. I think I’ll only be going to the Northern Lights location from now on.

I enjoy the breakfast burrito from Burger King, but in Alaska, they don't prepare it the way the restaurant intends. It seems that they might be substituting the sausage and other ingredients, likely to cut costs. Some chefs will read the order when you request it, but end up omitting the sausage, resulting in a less flavorful experience.
