It's only about pizza so I will keep this complaint short. Recently, they messed up my order pretty badly. Not a big deal. The problem is when I spoke to the staff member to address the problem, he was rude, not helpful and even lied about the situation. The poor response bothered me so I spoke to the owner and manager. They were both sarcastic and not helpful. They did not care at all even though I was a fairly regular customer. In our discusion, they revealed a really bad attitude towards their customers. Almost shocking. There's lots of pizza places so I won't go there again. If you ever have a problem good luck.
