Sweet Oven Bliss - Anaheim

Just wow....I'm literally writing this review while eating the most moist delicious cake ever. Patricia did a fantastic job! I did a lot of research in finding the best cake in the Anaheim area and came across her site. I needed a special 10th birthday cake for my daughter because we decided to celebrate it at Disneyland. Since I'm not around the Anaheim area, it was quite difficult to find a good bakery that will not only provide taste but flare as well. When I came across her site, I decided to give her a call, and Patricia was very responsive. She immediately gave me ideas and texted me numerous photos. She was in constant communication with me up until the day of the cake delivery. The cake was delivered at the Disneyland Drop Off site, which she completely organized for me and told me the time and the person delivering the cake. The cake was the most beautiful and moist I have ever had. When my daughter cut into her cake it glided down so smoothly like cutting into butter and the aroma that came from the cake was like fresh cocoa and cream. I ordered two flavors: the top layer was chocolate cake with Oreo, and the bottom layer was chocolate cake with chocolate cream. The chocolate was not over bearing, with perfect balance of sweetness. Even the Disney staff at the restaurant were commenting on how beautiful this cake looked and noted the aroma of the chocolate from the cake. iIf you want a beautiful, moist cake, you have to order it from this place. Not only are they cakes fantastic but working with a Patricia was a breeze! She is super friendly and easy to work with. If you are planning on celebrating a special event at Disneyland, you should definitely order your cake here and get it delivered to Disneyland. It defines worth it!

I ordered a birthday cake to be delivered to a Disney Hotel for my girls birthdays and the entire experience was amazing. They were very prompt in communication and very friendly to work with. The delivery was so streamlined and showed up exactly when they said it would. I sent an inspiration photo and was so pleased with the final product, not only did it look beautiful but tasted delicious too! I would HIGHLY recommend them and would gladly use their services again!

AMAZING!! I received a delivery of these incredible cupcakes and couldn’t be happier. I’m not even a red velvet cake die hard, but this red velvet was LIFE CHANGING. All the cakes were so soft and perfect. Will definitely be using this bakery in the future!!
