I went through the drive-thru to order a combo and a chicken biscuit, paying with my card. I didn’t receive a receipt since I usually don’t have to do that. When I reached the second window to pick up my food, I realized my chicken biscuit was missing. I informed the girl at the window, and she called the manager over. The manager claimed it hadn’t rung up, even though it appeared on both the order screen and my phone. They then asked if I had left and come back, which made me feel like I was being accused of lying, despite having proof of purchase. I’ve never experienced anything like this before, and it was quite upsetting.
This McDonald's location is very clean, and the food is prepared just right! The fries were hot and had the perfect amount of salt!
This place was very busy with a long line for the drive through. So I went in. I was greeted cheerily by Shannon who got the order right the first time. While I waited for the potatoes to be cooked I noticed all the staff keeping busy. Stockingsupplies, mopping. Whoever the manager is seems to have pulled together a strong team. Both breakfast sandwiches were great.They hadn?t been sitting around getting dry. So there you go!
Great customer service from my the manager. I ordered and paid for a latte. When they went to make it, the machine was in clean cycle which apparently happens after so many specialty coffees have been made. Takes ~20 minutes. The manager was verynice, apologized for the problem, refunded my money and gave me a free iced tea. No excuses. Just did her best to make itright. McDonald 's corporation should find a better way to manage this.
