Mi Ranchitos - American Fork

I love Mi Ranchito! But I wish that the rice had a bit more taste (it would also look less clear), I wish that the fried beans were a little thicker (they seem a tiny bit watery), and that the chicken also had a little more season. But I love the sauce. The fried ice cream is always so delicious and the presentation of the food is great. The staff is friendly and was very helpful and often viewed with us. The atmosphere is fun and colorful! Such a great place to go as a group. What would make it better would be the lighting. A little less fluorescent and more dimme would be nice aesthetic. But the food is delicious and the experience is always fun!

Must have been a busy night. We've been waiting for someone to take our seats. The place was close. It was clean too. We sat and took a few to find what we wanted. I got the chicken burrito superior and my wife got the Chile Verde dinner. Both were hot and waiting was not very long. I'm hungry, so I ate all the Burrito. Usually I can't. The chicken was a little bland, but still good. The woman liked her plate. I would definitely go back!

Very good. Nice friendly service, great selection on the menu, I had the sour cream chicken enchiladas. Very filling and delicious. Chips and salsa were also good. I'm back.

Food and service are not consistent, but usually quite good. We had better experiences more often than not, but have still experienced cold food and excessive waiting times here and there. They always have generous portions and a good atmosphere. Try the Fajitas and share safely, they are huge!

Outstanding place! Food portions are generous and flavorful plates. They did take a long time to bring us the food though.
