Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

This was the first time we have ever been to a Braum 's. We stopped for ice cream. Didn 't know what a tuxedo sundae was and the nicest young man, happily explained what was in it. Then we asked for a turtle sundae (not listed on the menu) and the kid once again said NO PROBLEM...I can make that for you! Great kid! Great ice cream.

Very rude drive thru workers. Almost every time I go through the drive thru they are either very rude or get the order wrong. I went today for lunch and sure enough a very rude lady working the drive thru. Also, pretty sure the inside of the fries are not supposed to be cold/frozen when they give them to you. Most of the crew and management is an absolute joke. I have worked in fast food/restaurants in high school its really not that hard.

The burgers are very delicious, in addition to the ice cream they sell. I see many people who come only for their ice creams, which indicates that it is one of their featured products. I tried them too and they are very delicious.

Come here a lot, great service, favorite part about this braums is they have a braums sauce pump unlike the others.

Young man took my order didn’t seem like he wanted to even be there got my order completely WRONG. Order a grilled chicken salad got a grilled chicken sandwich instead. Completely forgot myFries. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend this location.
