Massive mixup with delivery which meant we didn't receive it til nearly 4 hours later We were told there was something coming that wasn't ours but to keep it and that never arrived either Lady on phone said she would call me when it was ready and she didn't Very disappointed

Had some issues with an order that didnt impress me in the slightest. recieved double my order in compensation and to top it off owners sent us a really nice surprise tonight as an apology even after me saying they didnt have 2! kids were delighted! and they didnt hold back on the really nice gesture either! thanks so much for going above and beyond! not many companies out there would do the same or be as understanding ????

Shocking service/food over an hour and a half for delivery and sent the wrong order.

Had a breakfast box from here yesterday and have to say it was the best I’ve had in a long time excellent food and friendly attentive staff . Would highly recommend

Ice cream is great but wait time for a delivery is terrible!! 2hours the first time we ordered and thought we would give it Benifit of the doubt. ordered tonight and it’s well over 1.5hours for delivery. Great ice cream terrible service! Will not be ordering again.
