Oru Puzhameen - Aluva

Loved the ambience and food. Nicely arranged, tasty food and well behaved staff's. The rate is too reasonable.

Food: I loved it. They serve meals on a plantain leaf and don't give you the menu card, instead directly come to your table with the cooked items that's readily available and you select what you want. They will warm it up before serving. We had prawns roast, duck curry, squid and a fish fry. Bill came to 440/ for two. Food was fresh and very homely. I would say this is a must try in Aluva. Ambience: Simple, Non AC. Place is clean. The place can get hot in the afternoon although there are fans. Parking: It's below the flyover, and car parking for max 2 cars. Maybe in a nearby lane you would be able to find more place to park cars.

Loved the food loved the staff... Peacefull and aromatic with food flavors.. Less price moderate quantity... Tastes like how my mom would cook... Less masalas more Taste... Feeling satisfied..

The place for a satisfactory lunch near the highway...especially sea food.. Not great or anything. Taste of dishes differs each day. Quantity of side dishes is less than satisfactory.. Hygienic and good for families.
