Chewys - Altoona

Ordered wings that were on special, was quoted 45 minutes, got there after that and was still waiting for 45 minutes. Terrible service, will not be back, much better options in the area, crisis or no crisis. Waiting area is dirty. Update: after 2 yearsthey still haven't gotten it together. Customer service is terrible.. Came in 2 minutes before promised time . The lady said it's going to be awhile, take a seat quite rudely might I add. I left the store. If you going to be late with an order, atleast show a little emphaty.

I got 1/2 dozen mild and 1/2 dozen XX hot for takeout. They were the bomb! nice and crispy without being breaded. Mild was just right, and XX was blazing hot but had good flavor at the same time.

Good food, drinks came fast and with good service. It was a bit quiet, which I prefer, but after a while they started playing decent music. 9/10 would go again.

I have to say the food is always good the two times I have had a problem I respectfully called in. A girl they have running their Facebook page and phones Won?t give the message over so it?s impossible to get anything resolved, she simply said she?forgot? and never relays the message to a legitimate manager to call back. Great food just sad I promoted the business sooooomuch and ordered weekly now I just won?t. Thanks and to the girl that said she was manager and I don?t think is.

Great Food but, I ordered Curly Fries with NO MUSHROOMS and STILL received MUSHROOMS on my order. Plus as you can see in the photo I was given Regular French Fries instead of the Curly Fries I had originally ordered at First. I was still charged $23plus I generously Tips the Driver. Pretty UNSATISFIED for my First time.
