Breadeaux Pizza - Altoona

I absolutely love the quaint area where this pizzeria is situated; it feels like something out of the Old West. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making for a great experience. The pizza itself is outstanding. I don’t visit Altoona frequently, but I always make it a point to stop by here when I do.

The pizza was fantastic, but the breadsticks were quite disappointing. They might as well not be on the menu at all. It makes me think twice about returning. How can a place produce such great pizza yet have such terrible breadsticks? There are definitely pros and cons to Breadeaux Pizza.

Great service and great pizza. I worked at breadeaux in high school about 20 years ago and I'm happy to report the pizza is still as good as it ever was. If you are in the Altoona or Bondurant area give them a try and show them some love.

I dine there at least once a week, often ordering two deep-dish pizzas for my family. The prices are reasonable, the ingredients are fresh, and the delivery is quick. I just wish they opened earlier on weekends, but that aside, it's my favorite restaurant in the area! You really can't go wrong here.
