When we were finally seated, we placed our order quickly. Then we waited… and waited… and waited. The table next to us was seated and placed their order after us, and about 15 minutes later, they received their food. My daughter started crying from watching everyone else eat while we continued to wait. After feeling completely overlooked, I decided to speak to the waitress about our experience, and we ultimately left. I will not be returning.

Without a doubt, this is the best mom-and-pop restaurant in the Midwest. Seriously, gather your whole family and head to Joe K's for breakfast. The service was outstanding too! But the food—oh my goodness, it was the best thing I've tasted in a long time. Even with a packed house and no tables available, the service remained excellent and the meals were served promptly. I ordered the country fried steak smothered in white gravy, and it was fantastic.

This place offers the best breakfast in the area. It's always clean, the service is great, and the food is consistently good.

The food here is amazing! The hashbrowns are great!
