The employees on the drive thru do not listen and have very bad attitude. I tried to tell her she gave me the wrong order I passed back the bag and still gave me the wrong order
I avoid this location. The one across chickfila is way better. If you decide to go here out of desperation or distance, be prepared to wait. There is usually a long line wrapped around. It doesn't matter if there is a long line or just you waiting at the speaker. They will make you wait at least 5 mins per each car. I'm not sure why they chose this process but it's very annoying. Maybe they are trying to catch up and a couple of times was told that they were short staffed and had only 2 workers. One time there was 5 cars ahead of me and I had no choice but to wait because it was for my picky son. I fell asleep and took like a 5 min nap because the wait was so long. When you get to the speaker they don't greet you and just make you wait. Time is valuable and this is not how you treat your customers. I refuse to go here.
Omg it was phenomenal! I went in ordered and for some reason it wouldn't accept my Google pay and I had no other form of payment. So the person in charge maybe Angela was her name just gave me my order!!! Who does that now a days. I was so grateful as I was takin the order to my sister in the hospital. THAT is what I call excellent customer service. She was more concerned about me rather then getting the payment. I will definitely be back but with cash lol
This used to be a five star Wendy's. That is no longer the case. A real shame to see this one go down the toilet.I used to frequent this Wendy's about a year ago. I moved from the area temporarily and have returned to see it is being run like a circus. Customer service is non-existent. It's comparable to one of those novelty restaurants that disrespect you on purpose.I ordered 2 biggie bags today and it seemed as if I was hassling you. I'm sorry that I in error decided to give your location any of my business. I'm sorry that you are evidently volunteering to take orders and in no way being compensated. At least that's what the attitude tells me.Wendy's used to pride themselves on being the freshest; the best fast food around. What an absolute joke you have made of yourselves. I used to remember when I would debate whether to patronize this location or go to Chick-fil-A. That question thankfully no longer exists. Chick-fil-A runs miles around you, around the board.I wish that this location could return to it's former self, but it would take quite the biblical miracle on a scale of parting the Red Sea to pull their heads out of their rears. Zero Stars (Google 1 star minimum, very undeserved)
