Santiago's Bodega Altamonte Springs

I can't praise this restaurant enough. I had the most incredible lunch I've had in years. The gazpacho with mango was to die for.

This is a great place to enjoy a good meal. The aromas are delightful and the temperature is perfect. The salad is tasty, and the potatoes are a bit spicy for my liking but still highly recommended overall.

If you are a local, chances are you have heard of Santiago's Bodega. Many believe there is only one location in Orlando, but in truth, there is also one in Altamonte.

I highly recommend this restaurant! Expect to order multiple dishes and do some sharing, unless dining alone. The beef short ribs are my top pick and should be yours too.

I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. While I love the food and the ambiance, the bartenders here are some of the worst I have ever encountered. It is unacceptable that the managers have entrusted such an important role to inexperienced individuals. The service is poor, with the bartenders showing little interest in taking orders and a lack of enthusiasm. The restaurant manager needs to address this issue and hire more capable bartenders before the reputation of the establishment suffers.
